Work It:
Portugal 2 Mexico 1
Iran 1 Angola 1

Work has a lot to answer for, but thanks to the Wonders of the Web I at least get to see highlights of Portugal v Mexico. All the goals come in the first half, Maniche getting the opener for Portugal. A stupid handball then gifts them a penalty which Simao Sabrosa converts.

Jose Fonseca pulls one back for Mexico, but hope of a comeback fades in the second half as Omar Bravo takes one of the worst penalty kicks the World Cup has ever seen and Luis Perez gets sent off.

Fortunately for Mexico the other game in the group goes their way, with Iran coming back from one down to get a draw which prevents Angola from progressing, and both Mexico and Portugal are through.
